Food provenance is the key to sourcing our produce and where possible we always use quality, local ingredients from our farm shop making food miles as low as you will find. Everything is freshly prepared on the premises, from homemade scones and traybakes to delicious soups, stovies and generously filled sandwiches.

Outside Catering for You

Put the fun back into entertaining and let Brig Outside Catering do the hard work. Using the same principles that we do in our Farm Shop, Brig’s quality dinner party meals or celebratory hot and cold buffets can be delivered to your home or venue. Think a delicious carvery style buffet with whole gammons and sirloin roasts or stovies and oatcakes with piping hot home made soup. For the more sophisticated event how about pigeon breasts followed by fillet steaks and local seasonal veg?

Alternatively, pick up your dinner party at the shop, ready to pop into the oven when you get home. Trays of gorgeous beef lasagne or mouthwatering pavlovas are sure to impress the guests!

We can happily staff the event for you or leave simple instructions for reheating and serving.
